SPAM POLICY

Unsolicited advertising via email and/or "Spamming" is a violation of some State and Federal Laws and is likewise a violation of our policy. Such prohibited conduct by any ITsFX Inc. affiliate will result in that member's privileges being terminated immediately. We reserve the right to report such illegal activities to any and all regulatory, administrative, and/or governmental authorities for appropriate prosecution. "Spamming" results in many man hours of repairing and/or creating server files, and other maintenance. ITsFX Inc. reserves the right to prosecute any "Spammers" for this damage.

Acceptable Use Policy for Independent Representatives

The primary purpose of the ITsFX Inc. Store Front is to help Independent Representatives market ITsFX Inc.. Each Independent Representative will be held accountable as to how they use this site. Please pay close attention to the Acceptable Use Policy for this site.

SPAM, BULK MAIL, AND NEWS GROUP POSTINGS

The transmission of unsolicited or prohibited advertising or other content through electronic mail or inappropriate Usenet postings WITH ANY REFERENCE TO your ITsFX Inc. Store Front is forbidden. The use of AND/OR reference to your ITsFX Inc. Store Front in unsolicited mass mailings or postings (commonly known as "Spam") by any Independent Representative will cause that Representative's Store Front to be terminated immediately without warning. Further, the abuser will be held responsible for any damages to the ITsFX Inc. domain. The USE OF ANY OTHER service, with any references to your ITsFX Inc. Store Front, (including but not limited to mail boxes, E-Mail, autoresponders, and Web pages), shall also be grounds for permanent removal of your ITsFX Inc. Store Front.

This policy is stringently enforced. The practices described here can permanently destroy an online reputation overnight and easily taints any organization associated with the guilty party.

What is Spam?

Spam is sending e-mail to people who do not know you; many times referred to as unsolicited e-mail. If you send information to your friends, people who know you, or people that have requested information you are generally safe. Bulk mailing is almost always considered as spam. Posting advertisements to inappropriate news groups is also considered as Spam.

SUSPENSION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Representative's ITsFX Inc. web site for any reason.

Some Examples of What May Result in Account Termination:

Violation of the policy on spam and/or unsolicited mail already mentioned above. Breaching, or attempting to breach security on any system or network without the written authorization of those responsible for said system or network. Forging Web Pages, E-mail or news articles. That is, attempting to make pages, articles or E-mail appear to come from someone or somewhere they do not. If a user's presence on our systems jeopardizes our primary purpose, we may suspend or terminate the user's account.

There WILL BE NO WARNINGS For Breach of This Policy.

ITsFX Inc. reserves the right to update and/or modify this policy as ITsFX Inc. sees fit. By having a ITsFX Inc. Store Front you are agreeing to abide by this policy and you are agreeing to be responsible for any and all damages to the ITsFX Inc. domain related in any way to your violation of this policy. ITsFX Inc. applies no warranty or guaranty to the function of this site and you agree to hold ITsFX Inc. harmless and exempt from any claims related to the serviceability or function of this site.

Commercial advertising, E-mail, Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited e-mail, directing a person to your ITsFX Inc. Store Front is STRICTLY prohibited. ITsFX Inc. will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Server abuse: Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to our server at ITsFX Inc. is strictly prohibited.

All ITsFX Inc. Store Front members must adhere to the above policies.
